next meeting

Hi everyone. I hope you are all planning to come to our regular meeting on Wednesday, April 6 around 3:45. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. I believe that it's my turn to read from my work and Celeste to read something from others. I apologize that I haven't posted quotes; I've been trying to find them. Even though I shared with you all fairly recently, so far I've had no luck in locating them. I'll keep working on it. I need to get organized!

I am trying this out, for the very first time. Thanks, Celeste, for setting us up. I wanted to let you know the title of the book I was talking about tonight that meant so much to me: It's called THE WOUNDED STORYTELLER: BODY, ILLNESS, AND ETHICS by Arthur Frank. Thanks for all your feedback, questions, notes today! It was so much fun to talk with you about everything and get your comments. I promise to get better pics up on my profile, esp. the profile photo which didn't come out too clearly. It's a sign beside a dirt road that reads, "Prepare to Meet Thy God." Talk about southern Calvinism, that old-time, hard, hard religion! It's here, now!
